For much of my life, I struggled with body image and feelings of unworthiness. It wasn’t until I began my journey of healing—through therapy, faith, and confronting the lies I once believed—that things started to change. Along the way, I came to understand a powerful truth: the Lord makes no mistakes.

I’ve been given one body, one life, and I no longer want to spend it wishing either away.

As Is, Sis was born from that transformation—a desire to help other women embrace themselves fully, just as they are. Because I know what it feels like to struggle, and I know that so many are still walking that same path.

I share my story because I believe testimony brings healing—not only to the one who tells it, but also to those who hear it.
